The bottom of this saute pan is designed to heat up faster and more evenly that competitive saute pans. The stay-cool hollow handle is heat-resistant and has a comfortable, ergonomic grip. The handle is securely attached to the body of this pan with three stainless steel rivets in a triangular pattern. This item is perfect for sauteing onions, peppers, celery and potatoes. ACF and NSF approved. Measures 8-inch diameter by 2-1/2-inch height. Pan measures 2-quart capacity.
